PORTLAND, United States - Scientists now find there are many blue lobster, orange, yellow, and the colorful fishing nets tangled in the past two years here.

Normally, lobster fishermen caught here are brown-green.

Before this, writing that states the probability of catching a blue lobster is a for every two million pieces.

The probability to catch lobster in orange is the a for every 30 million pieces.

However, the Executive Director of Conservation Lobster in Friendship, Maine, Diane Cowan said there were large increases in life span of the animal.

Internet cafes for women

Kabul - An internet cafe for women have opened here recently.

Cafe Sahar Gul was named to commemorate a 15-year-old bride who was tortured and imprisoned by her husband.

The cafe was opened by a group known as the Young Women for Change.

According to the group, women are not using a male-dominated internet cafe here.

That happens because women face harassment from men, the group said.

"In an effort to provide Internet access to women, we often conduct training sessions for girls to teach them about how to use and the importance of social media as a means of raising awareness on their rights," said the cafe manager, Tooba Ahmadyar. - AFP

Technology ruler accepted goal, pioneering EPL

ZURICH - The use of goal line technology finally got the green light from the International FA Board (IFAB) and will be in use in the English Premier League (EPL) this season.

Following a series of controversies and polemics, including the incident involving Frank Lampard's goal against Germany in World Cup 2012 and also during the recent Euro 2012, the football started to make a difference - to detect exactly where the network involves controversy.

IFAB gave its approval to the use of two of the Hawk-Eye and GoalRef at a meeting held here yesterday.

In addition to the Premier League when the competition, this approach will be used during the FIFA Club World Cup in December and if successful, will be adopted by the 2013 Confederations Cup and 2014 World Cup.

BBC quoted, the EPL said, "The Premier League has long championed the goal line technology."

"We welcome the decision IFAB today and we will hold discussions with both the provider (system) Hawk-Eye and GoalRef in the near future to introduce goal line technology to the fullest extent possible," he said.

English FA general secretary, Alex Horne said, up to the Premier League to decide on a time scale implementation of this new approach, the highly anticipated many with mixed feelings.

Hawk-Eye system has been tested at St Mary's Stadium Southampton property in May.

IFAB stressed that the technology will not be used to help referees make any other decision of when to judge a match.

Controversial issue of goal once again be the focus during Euro 2012, which ended earlier this week when Ukraine, denied the hosts with an equalizer in the match they were beaten by England 1-0.

Arsenal: Ruled out- Van Persie

LONDON - Robin van Persie will end his career with the Dutch Arsenal.Penyerang said he would not continue its contract with the Gunners squad, which will end in the summer of 2013.
"Personally, I went through a great season with Arsenal but my dream is to win trophies with the team and help the club achieve success.
"I've been thinking about that but I decided to discontinue my contract," said van Persie.
Van Persie to blow up 37 goals in all competitions for Arsenal last season, said he has talked about his future co-chief executive, Ivan Gazidis and manager, Arsène Wenger before Euro 2012.

For the record, Arsenal have not won any title since won the FA Cup trophy in 2005 and failed to clinch the Premier League title since 2004.
"To respect the manager (Wenger), players and supporters, I would not give details on this matter.
"However, meeting with Wenger Gazidis and then giving a clear picture to me. We failed to reach agreement on many issues," said 28-year-old striker.
Van Persie said that several meetings will be held with Arsenal after returning from vacation Gazidis in the United States (U.S.).
Some of the best European clubs have expressed interest to sign van Persie, including Premier League, Manchester City and a champion of Serie A, Juventus.

Van Persie is playing a major role for Arsenal last season, leading scorer with 30 league goals to help the Gunners squad qualified for the Champions League campaign.
However, he failed to repeat that performance on the international stage after only scoring one goal for the Netherlands at Euro 2012.
To accommodate the loss of van Persie, Wenger has signed striker Montpellier, Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski from Cologne since the end of last season.
Wenger needs to take advantage of the summer transfer window next month to sell the captain and the world-class striker or face the risk of loss without the money when his contract expired the end of next season.

However, this scenario is no stranger to Wenger.
This is because, Arsenal lost some of the main pillars of the past few years, including Cesc Fàbregas who moved to Barcelona and Emmanuel Adebayor, Kolo Touré, Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy who joined the City. - Agency
